Best Halley Solid Oak Easel...Beautiful and strong the Halley will tilt into a table for gessoing varnishing or watercolor work. It will tilt forward for pastel artists to allow pastel dust to fall from the work surface. Plus the Halley has a multitude of height and tilt settings for the oil acrylic or airbrush artist. Will hold canvasses up to 80" vertical and 82" horizontal. Removal of middle painting tray is necessary for maximum canvas size. Self leveling tray/palette features a melamine paint mixing surface with small stainless steel canisters for oil solvents paints etc. Top bottom and middle painting trays have rubber grips to keep canvas secure. Minium verticle height 54" with a maximum height of 84". Height when used as a table 36". Base measures 24" wide by 27" deep. Bottom shelf for storage of art supplies books etc. Partial assembly required. Each BEST Easel is made of American oak sanded to a smooth surface then hand-rubbed with oil to reveal the inherent beuty of the wood grain.
